Knowing that their house was behind the times and in need of extensive upgrades, Alpha Tau Omega at Oklahoma State leaders decided to tear down the old and build a new house on the same site. They kept the exterior look of their historic building. And while designing a building to today’s safety standards, collegiate expectations, and affordability, they incorporated some of the historic touches that demonstrate who they are as a fraternity and as a chapter.
